Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
I'm actually thinking of going with the h22 I had read that putting that motor in the Rex acceleration is like dropping a dfrigeratr off a cliff and th h swaps are pretty reasonable

Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
The build continues minor shit now. But oh so much in store for my baby. The integra she is gone, the crx was almost gone too but fate (and brokeness) spared it's life with me. lol. Ordered corner lights windshield wiper squirter and a bunch of other random things that were broken or needing replacement on my car obligatory pics of such nonsense. Up next Steering rack bushings are going to be replaced along with the passenger side wheel bearing. And maybe just maybe some paint. can't decide if I want to save the paint for the last thing to do to this car or not. I also bought a passenger side door and a rear disc conversion More pics of those in a bit.

Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
Wow. Had to blow the dust off this bad boy. lol. So lately have just been Driving the crx every weekend up mountain roads auto-x, pretty much just beating the snot out of it in general. I just did an interior replacement piece that took me entirely way too long to get around to but here it is. Old Busted Hotness New Awesome hotness Next up i'm trying to figure out if I want to just recover the stock seats si seats, or just order a drivers side bucket seat with rail probably NRG or Buddy Club.

Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
I love seeing a crx on jackstands, and then the update 3 months later with only an interior shot.

Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
So the crx went in for paint and a new front end ................................... ok it really didn't Found a deal too clean to pass up body is rust free and it already has the JDM front bumper that I was wanting and it was an HF which weighed 1800 lbs back in the day. I plan on weighing this one again like I did the yellow one to get an idea of how much it weighs. Race buckets and official work is starting VERY Soon so I'll be updating this bish a bit more.

Re: Kevin's 1989 CRX SI Build thread
Update. Wow it's been two months. Small update to hopefully accompany my big one soon. My E-brake cables came in today this is a pretty big deal for me you have no idea how annoying it is to have to shut your car off so it can stay in one place so you can just check the mail all the time. I had to order new ones because of my rear disc swap.
