Luckily the rust is just those little bits this car is going to get completely redone new factory color and gonna fix all the cancer also swapping in a d15b since this old sucker is beginning to knock. Was going to b swap it but according to the forums this car is not so friendly to b swaps so I'm going to stick with the single cam and boost.

Not a bad score. With kids fucking up every Honda they get their hands by trying to B-swap or boost these days, unmolested cars like this are getting harder to find.

I'm replacing the engine right now. This is going to sit in the garage all winter and a full restore is going to happen. I don't want a high horsepower monster. I just want a like new crx. Going to cut the rust and re weld metal to those spots and have the car repainted y49 barbados yellow again.

It's cheaper to repaint it the factory color and it's already cursed no matter what color I paint it so y not.

nice pick up! I dont know who was saying that the b-swap wasnt friendly but its the same swapping in a b-series in a civic. i dont have anything against a single cam it should be cheaper and generally get better gas mileage.

How I wish I was. All of the suspension pieces that went on the integra are getting transferred over to the rex. The integra is going to stay all stock, I still am keeping it though as having two old ass cars is better than owning one since when one breaks I'll have another one.

I like your thinking of taking the susp off the integra and leaving it stock!

Yeah. Thanks man. Truth of the matter is that the integra just doesn't come near the weight of the rex. And the crx is a 2 seater so no need to remove the backseat interior etc, The supposedly has ac but the pulley that was on it was messed up, He said all it needs a new pulley but I'm contemplating just removing it, and it never came with powersteering. Two things that the integra has that I would have felt bad getting rid of.

Of the crx? Sure man. I could put some more up. It's just been sitting at the back of the garage behind the integra til Monday. I would drive it til it blows since I"m getting a d15 in on Monday for it but it smokes like crazy unfortunately so it just sits. I'll take some more as soon as it's up and running with the suspension pieces. I'm currently shopping around for body work. Since I don't know squat about welding the quarter panels etc.

Haha. D15b2 I believe. I could but I'd rather not mess with performance on this engine. I'm going to focus on restoring it but I'm the least patient person and I know myself. Non running car down in the garage I will get depressed and off it. So I found an engine and am going to get it operable so that way I can use it while I'm restoring everything. Going to get rear discs etc for this car. Lol so much to do that I get a headache thinking about where to start this weekend I'm going to tackle some small things with the car. mainly the rear latch doesn't shut so I the guy gave me a whole new cable and I"m going to check to see if that's what the issue is. Yesterday I spent a little time washing it up and vaccuming the interior. It's cold as bawls out here in North Carolina so i need to take some lights in there so I can work in the garage with the door closed. But door closed in a no power warehouse = pitch black hard to see.
